01 Individual Therapy
A standing weekly hour that belongs entirely to you. We begin with what brought you in — low mood, burnout, a relationship that keeps snagging, a decision you cannot make alone — and work outward from there.
Sessions are conversational but purposeful. Expect to be listened to closely, asked good questions, and given honest reflections. Most clients meet weekly at first; many move to every other week as things steady.
02 Couples Therapy
Most couples do not argue about the dishes. They argue about whether they still matter to each other, in a language that sounds like dishes. Couples work here focuses on that deeper conversation.
Using an emotionally focused approach, we slow down the familiar fight until both of you can see the pattern — and then practice stepping out of it together. Sessions are 75 minutes, and both partners are treated as the client.
03 Anxiety & Life Transitions
Anxiety is a good alarm system with bad calibration. When worry starts setting the schedule — checking, avoiding, lying awake rehearsing conversations — structured, evidence-based work can recalibrate it.
This is also the home for transition seasons: new parenthood, career changes, retirement, loss, a move to a new coast. Change does not have to be a crisis to deserve support.
04 Telehealth Across Maine
Distance should not decide who gets good care. Secure video sessions are available to adults anywhere in Maine, from Kittery to Fort Kent, with the same structure and attention as in-person work.
All you need is a private space and a reliable connection. Many clients mix formats — telehealth most weeks, in person when they can get to Camden.
